What happens when a peel pack is not folded nor completely sealed ?

Microorganisms, dust and etc can get inside the peel pack.

A peel pack that has been compromised with bubbles, wrinkles, rips, holes, stains, no indicator, jaws closed, not disassembled (ifu) and sealed incorrectly, should be reprocessed for the safety of the patient
